I’m Joscar Duque, a high-performance triathlete, endurance coach, and the Founder & Head Coach of JD TEAM, one of the fastest-growing triathlon and running communities in South Florida.

 

Originally from Venezuela and now based in Miami, I have dedicated more than 15 years to high-performance endurance sports. I proudly represented the Venezuelan National Triathlon Team until 2017, competing internationally before transitioning into coaching while continuing to race at a high level.

 

Today, I combine my experience as an elite athlete with my passion for coaching, helping athletes of all levels achieve goals they once thought were impossible, from completing their first 5K to qualifying for Ironman 70.3 World Championships and the Ironman World Championship.

 

Through JD TEAM, I’ve built more than a coaching program. I’ve built a community centered on discipline, consistency, education, and the belief that dreams become achievable when you surround yourself with the right people.

 

Alongside coaching, I create educational and motivational content for the endurance community and proudly partner with brands that share the same commitment to performance, innovation, and helping athletes reach their full potential.
